Shih Tzu

Shih Tzu ocala floridaThe Shih Tzu is an alert, lively, little dog. It is happy and hardy, and packed with character.

Since it is so adorable and full of character, the Shih Tzu can develop behavioral issues if left to run the household.  If not given an environment with consistency in training and a firm hand you could find them snapping, biting, barking and the usual small dog syndrome characteristics.  “I’m The Boss Around Here” kind of attitude.  Not to worry, just make them listen and you are good to go.

Firm, stable, consistent leadership is what any dog is looking for.  When we provide that they grow up to be a content well balanced canine good citizen.

This breed sheds little to no hair and is good for allergy sufferers if its coat is kept very well groomed.
